Problem:
How to remove a profile in Microsoft Outlook?
Solution:
1) Exit from the
Outlook application.
2) Open the
Control Panel and double click on the ‘Mail’ icon.
3) Then click on
‘Show Profiles’ tab in the window that appears on the screen.
4) Now select the
profile that you want to remove and then click on “Remove” button.
NOTE: - deleting a
Profile does not delete the Outlook data Files. Only the profile gets deleted.
